To become a member, you need to complete the membership application form, provide copies of your ID, passport photos, and pay the required membership fee and minimum share capital. You can visit any of our branches or download the forms from our website.

The documents required depend on the loan type but generally include: completed loan application form, copies of your ID, latest pay slips (for salaried members), business registration documents (for business owners), and collateral documents where applicable.

You can access your account through our member portal on our website or via our mobile app. You'll need to register for online banking at any of our branches first. Once registered, you'll receive login credentials to access your account.

Our main branches are open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some branches are open on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Our digital banking services are available 24/7.
